A poker player chooses much different ways to play the game, but, we need to follow certain basics. It is amazing that many online poker players out there simply dismiss these very simple and straight forward basics.
These poker tips can be looked at two ways. First, if you want to become a better poker player then this post is worth reading, since you were unaware of these poker tips and you can use them to your advantage or second you are aware of them and can watch for other online poker India players not adhering to them. Otherwise put, novices not following these tips will probably lose most of their chips to a more experienced player.
Don’t dive into your cards
Golden rule, watch what others are doing with their cards and this is not possible if you are looking at your cards. Concentrate on the players due to act before you and wait until it is your turn comes and then look at your cards. Only time you should look straight away is when you are sitting next to the big blind, yet, you can keep an eye for players after you.
Let your cards lay on the table
Cover your cards with one hand and peep through your cards to see their suit and value. Lifting the cards off the table opens the door to show your opponents both your cards and your ‘tells’.
Act in turn
To become a better poker player one must realize you can watch for players meaning to act after you and get a read on their possible actions. It’s not always that your opponent will choose to act in turn. Keep eyes out for those opponents holding their cards ready to mess out of turn.
Once is enough
Only look at your cards once. A poker face with no emotion is the trick. Its jus two cards to remember!!!If you can’t remember the value and suit of two cards having looked at it 30 seconds then you better go home and do a lot of homework to do to become a better online poker real money player. Spending as much time as possible watching your opponents, rather than watching your own cards is the best way to winning.
Showing your cards
Showing your cards is an art. Professional players show cards at certain times for definite reasons; they always have a plan and are attempting a trap on the opponents. Unless you have set out to purposely do so don’t get drawn into showing your hand. Keep your opponents guessing, many best online poker players advise not to show your hand, if you have not set a plan this is a good advice. Making your opponents to believe that you bluff a lot, or play only with very strong cards or even attempt to put a player on tilt are a few good reasons to show your hands. Stroking your ego is definitely no reason to show your hand.
Happy poker time!
